Taking time to full understand your needs, define the scope of works and offering expert advice and guidance throughout your project With you every step of the way From the initial brief to delivery of your project, we’ll assign a project lead to work through your project.

At quotation stage, one day of our CAD engineers are supplied and a site survey will also be carried out (where necessary).

A key way of saving you costs and time is to by pre-fabricating equipment at the factory reducing on site time and risk. You are welcome to inspect equipment at our premises before delivery.

Our engineer will conduct a pre-installation visit to confirm your site is ready for equipment. They will check critical dimensions, site access and procedures including health and safety. A risk assessment and method statement will be provided and we’ll start planning the next phase to install.


A structured approach to commissioning and continuing support to ensure your equipment is safe and conforms to guidance

We are proud of the projects we deliver and want to ensure that you maintain your assets as best possible.


Following installation we’ll commission your equipment to ensure it conforms and performs safely and correctly.


Our standard warranty is 12 months from date of commissioning (or 15 months from date of delivery – whichever is the sooner). This warranty can be extended before the end of the standard warranty period.

Site visit support

Our engineers or project team often make occasional site visits to installations in the UK mainland over the life of the equipment. We’ll listen to feedback objectively so that we can continuously improve the design and performance of our equipment.
